HAPPY SHOW WEEK!

Nutcracker tickets are available online until one hour before each performance. Tickets will then be available for purchase at the venue.

Read over everything in the packet to prepare for Tech and Dress rehearsals and the performances in the Informational Packet. More details are listed in the packet, below is a general outline.

• Wednesday, November 29th​: TECH REHEARSAL ACT 1

  • ​5:00 PM: All Act 1 dancers called to theater

  • 5:30-7:30 PM: Stage rehearsal Party Scene & Battle Scene

  • 7:30-9:00 PM: Stage rehearsal of Snow Scene

• Thursday, November 30th: TECH REHEARSAL ACT 2​​​

  • ​5:00 PM All Act 2 dancers called to theater

  • 5:30-6:30 PM: Stage rehearsal of Act 2 Opening

  • 6:30-8:00 PM: Stage Rehearsal of Act 2 Finale

    • Sugar Fairies & Pixies, Little Nutcracker, and Angels will be dismissed after this rehearsal

  • 8:00-9:30 PM: Stage rehearsal of Act 2 Divertissements

    • Dancers may leave once their rehearsal is finished​

• Friday, December 1st: DRESS REHEARSAL​​

  • ​4:30 PM: All dancers called to theater

  • 4:30-5:00 PM: Proceed to dressing rooms for hair and make-up touch ups and costumes

  • 5:00-7:00 PM: Full run through of show top to bottom and notes. All dancers are to remain in dressing rooms just as if it were the real show.

  • 7:00-7:30 PM: Practice final bow. This includes the entire cast.

  • 7:30-8:30 PM: Notes and run anything that is needed

• Saturday, December 2nd: SATURDAY PERFORMANCES​

  • ​11:00 AM: Dancer call to theater:

    • Clara, Friends of Clara, Party Girls, Maids, Nutcracker, Dolls, Mouse King, Snow Queen, Snowflakes, Roses, Flowers, Sugar Plum, Spanish, Arabian, Marzipan, Russians Ladies

  • 11:30 AM-1:00 PM: Mandatory dancer warm-up for dancers listed above

  • 1:00 PM: Dancer call to theater:

    • Mice, Soldiers, Sugar Fairies & Pixies, Little Nutcracker, Angels, Bon Bons, Young Russian Girls & Boys, Drosselmeyer, Clara’s Parents, Mother Ginger

  • 1:30 PM House Opens

  • 2:00 PM: Show Time

  • 4:00-5:00 PM: Dinner Break

  • 5:00 PM: Dancer call to backstage

  • 5:00-5:30 PM: Stage is open for older dancers to do a self-warm-up

  • 5:30 PM: House Opens

  • 6:00 PM: Show Time

• Sunday, December 3rd: SUNDAY PERFORMANCES​

  • ​12:00 PM Dancer call to theater:

    • Clara, Friends of Clara, Party Girls, Maids, Nutcracker, Dolls, Mouse King, Snow Queen, Snowflakes, Roses, Flowers, Sugar Plum, Spanish, Arabian, Marzipan, Russians Ladies

  • 12:30 PM- 2:00 PM: Mandatory dancer warm-up for dancers listed above
